School Guidelines for a Safe and Supportive Environment
At our school, we strive to nurture a secure, respectful, and engaging environment for every child. The following guidelines are designed to support learner well-being and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning:
School’s Safety Protocol : All learners are required to wear their ID cards while on campus, as it is an important part of our school’s safety and identification protocol.
Punctuality Matters : Learners who commute independently are encouraged to arrive well before the bell rings to begin their day calmly and confidently.
Safe Travel : To prioritize learner safety, we request that learners do not drive scooters, motorcycles, or cars to school.
Gate Timings : School gates will close at 7:40 a.m. Arriving before this time allows learners to settle in and start the day positively.
Personal Grooming and Appearance : We value discipline and self-care. Learners are expected to maintain a neat and presentable appearance. Non-Sikh boys should have regular haircuts, while Sikh boys are encouraged to wear patkas with pride.
Respect for Property : We take collective pride in maintaining our school environment. Learners are expected to care for school property and personal belongings. Any accidental damage should be reported immediately to the Class Teacher or Principal. In such cases, a contribution toward repair may be required.
Valuables at School : To avoid loss or misplacement, learners are advised not to bring expensive watches, mobile phones, or gadgets. The school cannot take responsibility for such items.
Positive Conduct : We encourage all learners to uphold respectful and responsible behaviour. Consistent disruptions or inappropriate conduct may invite disciplinary measures, including suspension if necessary.

Assessment Reports : We request that learners return their assessment reports signed by a parent or guardian within three days of receiving them.
Active Participation : Full attendance in all classes, games, and activity periods is encouraged for holistic development.
After-School Plans : We appreciate your understanding that the school cannot allow learners to go directly to a friend’s or relative’s home after school.
I-Card Protocol : Each learner will receive two parent copies of the I-card. Kindly ensure that the I-card is presented at pickup time. Learners will only be handed over upon verification for their safety.
Lost I-Cards : In case of a lost I-card, please inform the school office promptly so that a replacement can be issued.
Gate Pass Requirement : For early departure during school hours, parents are required to obtain a gate pass in person from the reception. For safety reasons, children will not be released based on phone requests or with drivers/domestic help. We also request parents to avoid visiting classrooms directly.
Dress Code & Hygiene : Learners should come to school dressed appropriately, with clean, well-groomed appearances. Please avoid makeup, nail paint, jewellery, ripped jeans, or crop tops. Sports shoes are most suitable for school; slippers, sandals, or crocs are discouraged.
Pocket Money Limit : Learners may carry up to ₹200 for use at the canteen or vending machines.
Health First : If a child is unwell with contagious conditions like conjunctivitis, scabies, or dermatitis, we request that they remain at home until fully recovered.
Medical Records : If your child has a chronic condition such as asthma, epilepsy, or a heart-related issue, kindly ensure that the medical history is recorded in the school Almanac and that they remain under medical supervision.
Rejoining After Illness : Learners returning after a contagious illness must submit a fitness certificate from their doctor. They are also expected to catch up on missed work promptly.
Regular Attendance : Consistent attendance is crucial. Uninformed or unexplained absences of more than six days may lead to the cancellation of admission.
Health Emergencies : First aid will be provided in case of injury or illness. For emergencies, the child may be taken to the nearest hospital, and parents will be promptly informed. Related expenses will need to be borne by parents.
Meeting School Staff : Should you wish to meet the Principal or a teacher, we request that you schedule an appointment in advance to help us manage time effectively.
Minimizing Classroom Disruption : To support a focused learning environment, we request that parents avoid entering classrooms during teaching hours.

Caution Money Refund: Caution money will be refunded upon successful completion of the course or withdrawal, after clearance of all dues.
Transfer Certificates: These will be issued once all pending dues are cleared.
Mid-Term Withdrawal: In case of mid-term withdrawal, and if an assessment report is needed, a written request should be submitted at least one month in advance for smooth processing.
