About The Event
t started with a room full of voices, opinions, and a little bit of nervous energy.
Two days later, it ended with new perspectives, stronger convictions, and memories we’ll carry with us.
Across 7 committees, our delegates debated, negotiated, disagreed, listened, and found common ground — reminding us that change often begins with simply having the courage to speak up.
Day 1 gave us the opportunity to hear from Major (Dr.) Mohammed Ali Shah, whose stories of courage, leadership, and resilience left us with much to think about.
On Day 2, Senior Advocate Dr. Charu Mathur joined us for conversations on justice, dialogue, and what it truly means to lead responsibly.
And somewhere between the speeches, the debates, the hurried notes, and the final words of each committee, The Promise of Dawn came alive.
A promise to question.
A promise to listen.
A promise to do better.
And most importantly, a promise to believe in what tomorrow can be.
