Leadership Opportunities for All

Every learner at THSVK is given the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and make a positive impact. Whether through learner councils, clubs, committees, or peer mentoring programs, there are numerous avenues for learners to take on leadership roles and lead initiatives that matter to them. Our inclusive approach ensures that every learner has a voice and a chance to lead, regardless of age or background.

CLASS I TO VII AND CLASS XI

Admission to Class I to VII and Class XI are granted against the vacancy of seats on account of withdrawals and under the instructions/guidelines applicable. Parents are requested to either e-mail the application for these classes to admissionvk@theheritageschool.in or approach the school reception.

Learner-Led Learning

In our learner-led classrooms, teachers serve as facilitators, guiding learners on their learning journey rather than dictating every aspect of the curriculum. Learners are encouraged to ask questions, explore their interests, and take ownership of their learning process. This approach not only fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills but also promotes autonomy and self-confidence.

A Culture of Collaboration

At THSVK, learner leadership is not about individual achievement but about collaboration and teamwork. Learners learn the importance of communication, cooperation, and compromise as they work together to achieve common goals and address challenges facing their school and community. Learner-Led Events and Celebrations

From planning school fests, Kalaatmak, MUN’s and cultural festivals to talent shows, our learners play a central role in the planning and execution of school events. Through these experiences, learners learn event management skills, teamwork, and the importance of collaboration in bringing people together.

Learner-Led Decision-Making

Learner councils and committees provide learners with opportunities to participate in school governance and decision-making processes. Whether it's proposing changes to school policies, planning school events, or advocating for learner interests, learners have a voice in shaping their school community.

Learner-Led Mentoring and Peer Support

Our senior learners take on mentorship roles, guiding and supporting their younger peers in academic and personal growth. Through peer mentorship initiatives, and buddy systems, learners learn the value of empathy, compassion, and helping others succeed.
